Well I think the answer is C.

Stmt 1 : t1+t1+...+tn = 3124.

From this we can't get the value of n.

Stmt 2 : (t1+t1+...+tn)/n = 4.

From this also we can't get the value of n.

But if we combine the two we get n = 3124/ 4.
