I was reading the explanation of a problem and it said:

"60% of 2,000 dolars rounded to te nearst percent---->this indicates that is 60% of 2,000 plus or minus 0.5%"

...And I dont really agree: "rounded to the nearest %" will be: 59.5% - 60.4%

And that is not the same as "plus or minus 0.5%"----> that would be 59.5% - 60.5%.....and: 60.5%=61%

Do you uys agree with me?...What do you think?
