Hello can anyone please recommend a GMAT Permutation or Combination Tutorial I can watch online to help me make more sense of this or even a tutorial I can read.

There are enough resources.

The one I can immediately think of is platinumgmat.

Then there are a few videos posted here by BTG. Check them out.
