Does gmat have problems involving conversion like giviing the information in km/hr and asking the answer in miles/second or miles/hour. In such cases do they give the conversion metrics. If not what are all the conversion metrics that we need to know?

I did not encounter any of conversions. But you should be familiar with simple ones for sure.

I had doc., downloded from internet, just type this on google, and u would surely get one. That doc had following conversion:

1 mile = 1760 yards
1 yard = 3 feet
1 mile2 = 640 acres
I gallon = 4 quarts gqpco 4228
1 quart = 2 pints
1 pint = 2 cups
1 cup = 8 ounces
1 pound = 16 ounces
1 ounce = 16 drams
1 kg = 2.2 pounds

I am not taking any responsibility of this data being correct. Please verify the same on google.
