in question they've asked, what percent greater is the revenue from sofa this year as compared to last year.

take statement 1: we have nos but don't have the price for the sofa. hence insuff.

take statement 2: we have price but not the no. of sofas sold. hence insuf.

take both the statements together, by statement 1 we have percent of the sofas this year as compared to the last year. and by statement 2 we have the absolute value of te number of sofas this year. but in the question they've asked the percentage of the revenue by sofas . so we don't have enough info to get the percentage.
lemme show u this with the table of sample numbers:

no of sofas price revenue

last year x y xy

this year 1.1x 30+y 1.1x(30 + y)

percentage increase in the revenue is (1.1x(30+y) - xy)/xy .
and by this equation we come to know that it is not possible to solve this equation. hence insuff.

thus answer is E.
