take statement 1 : n = 13, 38, 63, 88 hence insuff.
take statement 2 : n = 23, 43, 63, 83 hence insuff.

take both the statements, find the common number n = 63 . hence suff.

Stem condition + Statement (1) - 38, 63, 88..

Stem condition + Statement (2) - 63, 163..
