Given, n=11,12,13,......96,97,98. The question is asking if n<80?
Stmt1: The sum of the 2 digits is a prime number. This is not sufficient to answer the question because there are numbers below & above 80 that statisfy this condition. ex: 76 (7+6=13), 83 (8+3=11).
Stmt2: This statement is sufficient to answer the question. If each of the digits of n have to be prime, then the number should be less than 80 (any number >= 80 does not have a prime tens digit)
Hence B is the answer.
