Answer is B

From the question we can conclude following:

1993

1000 cameras

1994

1000 + 1000 *x/100 => 1000+10x cameras

1995

1000 + 10x + (1000+10x)*y/100 => 1000+10x+10y+xy/10

=> 1000 + 10 (x + y+ xy/100)

Therefore we just need to find the values of x and y to determine the produce for 1995.

Statement I - xy =20 it does not tell us about the individual percent increases of 1994 and 1995. Therefore NOT SUFFICIENT.

Statement II - X + Y + XY/100 = 9.2

Statement II does not gives the individual values but it gives us the value for the entire equation..

1000 + 10 (9.2) = 1000 + 92=> 1092

Hence B.

Let me know if you have any doubts in understanding the steps.
