GMAT Score:750

Your formula is off.

I scored a 48Q 44V and it came out to a 710.

I scored 47Q 42V in real life for a 730.

I understand that third party programs might be off a bit here and there, but that's a bit drastic in my opinion.

The questions seemed decent though. I exhausted MGMAT, GMATPrep, and 800Score, so I needed another program to help me practice.

I'm retaking July 2012 when I come home from deployment.

Thanks for the feedback - we really appreciate it. We do recalibrate our scoring algorithms based upon observed trends and will certainly take this data point into consideration during our next refresh. Congratulations on the excellent score and best of luck during the remainder of your deployment!

Thanks. I'm retaking though due to a low undergrad GPA that I have to mitigate. My goal is a 750+...20 points, shouldn't be that hard.

I don't think your algorithm is off necessarily, but how your scaled scores add up to your total score is definitely off.

48/44 would come out to 750 or so on the actual GMAT, not 710.

Then I took another one and got a 50/37 (no idea how I got my butt handed to me on verbal. Traditionally my strong suit), and it came out to 690 (first time I've seen the 600s in like 8 months haha)
