You won't be allowed to bring anything into the room where the test takes place, so no need to bring a note with the school codes scribbled on them. Also, don't waste your brain cells on memorizing the codes. Just make sure you remember the school's name, go in, and look up the school in the computer when the system asks you. If you can't find the school, don't worry. Most will accept the unofficial result you receive immediately after the test and you can pay extra to send the official report out to them as soon as it becomes available.
In other words: don't worry about those codes. Focus on the test!
