Since all of the given information is in relation to Pat let x = Pat's Hours
This means that 0.5x = Kate's hours
And 3x = Mark's hours

We get: x + 0.5x + 3x = 162
So, x = 36
This means that
Pat's hours = 36
Kate's hours = 18
Mark's hours = 108

Mark charged 90 hours more than Kate charged (108-18)
