ANS D

Stmt 1 - m = 1

means, mn = n*1 = n

Q says mn = k i.e. n = k

so m+n = n+ 1 = k+1 - SUFF

Stmt2 - k is prime. means, either m or n is 1. Same logic as stmt 1. SUFF
