we need to find out R>W
from the st1.
R/B+W>W/B+R
=>B+R/B+W>W/R
from here we come to know that R>W
Because its simple just try:
R=6,W=5 B=3
if 6/5>5/6
then 6+3/5+3>5/6 and we find the same logic by using different positive integer.
so A is the answer.
Because only st2 is not sufficient.
