IMO ans is A

A. If the customer visit the store on Sunday and then mail the order. It will not be counted directly to the earning on Sunday.So there is error in the statistical data ---correct

B. Out of scope
C. Supports the conclusion
D. Out of scope
E. Its a general statement cannot be concluded anything.
