From where to start to obtain 700+ in GMAT in 36 days

Hi All, I have just registered for GMAT which is due on May 14, 2015. I have only 36 days in my hand. I am already a phd student but want to enroll in a better school where the requirement is 700+. This would be my first GMAT attempt. Previously I took GRE and obtained 316, the GMAT equivalent of which is 630. So please guide me about the GMAT preparation strategy - from where to start, how much time I should spend everyday, which books must be covered in this short period of time etc. This score is very very important for me. So I am sincerely looking for your help.
