(A) at least 30
(B) at most 20
(C) exactly 25
(D) exactly 20

IMO : C

Try Reverse Plugging . i.e select an answer and fit it in question. Best place to start with Option C

25 newspapaer. Total reads 25 * 60 = 1500 reads, every student reads 5 newspaper so number of student 1500 / 5 = 300 which is what given in the question.

Say, total number of newspapers = n.
Every newspaper is read by 60 students, so total newpapers read = 60n
Every student reads 5 newpapers so total newspapers read = 1500

Hence, 60n = 1500 => n = 25

The correct answer is C.
