x^(1/6)=6

x=6^6 or x^6=6^36

sqrt(x^6)=sqrt(6^36)=6^18

Pick D

x^(1/6)=6 <=> x=6^6 (1)
√ (x^6)=x^6/2=x^3 (2)
(1)(2)=>6^6*3=6^18
So answear is D.
