environmentalists

We can eliminate A, E immediately becouse these are not related to this argument and so contender are B C D.

Here I confused about some, most and many as mentioned in B C D.

According to me some means few so it is different than many or most. So, B can not be the answer. becouse stimulus states many environmentalists claims.
And may be most and many both are different .
Can you pls explain me the difference between most & many according to this argument.

What can be the correct answer among B C D and why ?

Thanks
Sarwan

I think its D.
D uses the same wording as present in the argument i.e. many environmentalist. D matches with the view presented in the 2nd line of the argument that claims that environment has intrinsic value ( non-economic justification)
I am on a break !!
