Hello everyone,

My question regarding hand notes is the following:
During the GMAT examination, are the examinees allowed to right down any notes (solve equations, make calculations etc.)???

Yes--you are allowed to write down notes while you are taking your test. And to be claer, of course you can't bring any notes with you into the test!
