Your score will be valid for five years.
You can take the GMAT as many times as you like.

Yes, you can take it as many times as you want (although there are limits to how often you can take it in a calendar year -- go to www.mba.com for info)...but I wouldn't take it more than 3 times. MAYBE 4, but the adcomms will question your priorities if you just keep taking it.
