Very, VERY Seriours Problem

I have Manhattan SC which after teaching refers to pages 653 to 695 (in OG 10e) and then to some specific questions for practice, but neither does the Official Guide 10e has pages of those numbers nor questions of such number are corresponding. I am really confused.

Books are:
Manhattan GMAT Verbal Strategy
GMAT Official Guide 10th Edition

Do you have the paper edition for both? The reason I am saying is you are referring to stuff which is about 6 years old at least (OG 11th ed came out in 2005).
