From the diagram: x = (180 - y) + (180 - z)
So, x = 360 - y - z
(1) y = x
x = 360 - x - z
2x = 360 - z
Not Sufficient
(2) z = x
x = 360 - y - x
2x = 360 - y
Not Sufficient
Combining (1) and (2)
x = y = z
x = 360 - x - x
3x = 360
x = 120
So, Answer is C

interior angles of the triangle are 180-x,180-y and 180-z.
thus 360-(x+y+z)= 180 (sum of all the angles in the triangle)
thus x+y+z = 180.
now a and b are individually not sufficient.
a+b gives 3x=180 giving x=60.
C it is.
