GMAT Club tests vs. Jeff Sackmann

Has anyone compared the GMAT club tests to Jeff Sackmann's tests? If yes - which are more difficult? Which are closer to real GMAT 700+ questions?

From my understanding, Jeff Sackmann's stuff are just question banks, not tests...
