If you want to take (not give) your exam soon, my guess is that you're going to do best by working with a tutor. A good tutor is efficient with your time, and will be able to hone in on what you need to learn, and since it seems English is not your native language - - which isn't a hinderance, but a particular challenge you'll need to work with wrt this test - - a tutor will help you focus in much more quickly and effectively than a class or a book...or a compilation of advice. IMHO.

Good Luck!
