Has anyone had this experience? (MGMAT vs GmatPrep)

On Sunday I took a MGMAT test and scored a 560 (Q33 and V34) - I was almost ready to give up (I've been studying for a couple of months, and had only taken MGMAT tests). No doubt, my confidence was essentially shot.

As a last ditched effort to see if I could be in contention to score a 700, I took the first GmatPrep exam this am and scored a 680 (Q42 and V40). I know that many people have discussed MGMAT's quant as being quite a bit harder, but my score difference is beyond dramatic.

At any rate, I take the test in about 3 weeks, so hopefully my score is more consistent with the latter. Am I a freak, or have other people experienced this?

You are not a freak :) But I would take couple of more MGMAT and GMAT Prep test to test the pattern.
