My biggest weakness in Quant. is exponents (mostly with problems involving things like 4^x-1. I also have some problems with absolute value (especially when in data sufficiency. Can someone point me to some good overview materials for these topics? Thanks in advance.

I think what you meant was inequalities not absolute values. Inequalities are confusing but they are not difficult. With more practise it will come more naturally.
