I registered to take up the GMAT in the second week of may and so I have 40 days left . I took a Kaplan Practice test last weekened and scored a 710 ( Q51,V36) . I did MGMAT+OG guides about a month ago , after that I was working on questions from Grockit and E-Gmat . My target is atleast score a 720.

Critical Reasoning - MGMAT + OG Guides ( All questions)

April 9th-14th
Fractions,Decimals,Percents - MGMAT + OG
Reading Comprehension - MGMAT + OG

April 16th-21st

I plan to take one MGMAT Practice test every sunday .

May 1
Take GMAT Prep Practice Test and review .
May 2-4
Review OG error logs + revise Flashcards

May 5- Retake GMAT Prep Practice Test 1 and review .

May 7-9 Revise Concepts

May 10 - GMAT Prep 2

May 11 - Test Date

What do you guys think of this ?

Isin't kaplan the hardest test of the cat's out there? If you can score a 710 on kaplan, buddy your solid. Your quant looks amazing, I would still review quant to keep fresh but i would mostly focus on Verbal and you could easily, after 40 days, be pulling a 740+.

i would take the final GMAT PREP CAT earlier. you want to be well rested on test day. in fact, i would suggest not doing any studying the day before the exam.

@transfer9858 - I'm not sure whether Kaplan's CAT is the hardest or not . Anyway today I took a MGMAT Practice Test and scored a 720 ( Q47,v41) . The quant in MGMAT is much harder in the sense that it takes more time to do each question . Hopefully I can work on them and move towards 740 !

@dav35 - What do you think would be better ? Quickly run through all the MGMAT guides again and then work out all OG questions or should I do them side by side ?

I would make sure that you review all of the material before spending too much time on the OG problems. the OG problems are most valuable if put them off until closer to the end.

that said, if you have made it through the material and feel comfortable (mastered 3/4+ of the material), then i would work through the OG problems. use additional study materials to solidify your understanding of problem types (e.g., idioms, bold face, rate problems, etc.) you are still having difficulty with
