Hello,

I am having trouble registering for GMAT.

When I tried to pay, I got an error, so I re-tried a few more times and now my account is blocked.

I am unable to register with any e-mail ID or any other debit/credit card. I tried calling for customer service but could'nt reach them. I also sent an email regarding this error and just received a link to reset my passowrd which was not helpful in resolving the error.

I request you to look into this issue and help me register for GMAT as the deadlines for my college applications are approaching.

Thank you

Hello Saksham,

I understand your frustration, but you will need to get in touch with customer service for your region to remove the block within the payment system. If you cannot get through to the number for your region and it is an urgent situation, you can try another region's number listed on https://www.mba.com/contact.

Thank you,
Jeremy

Hello friends!
This block error shows mainly because of number of wrong payment attempts. The GMAT only accepts credit card. If you are trying to use any other card, it will not work and will probably block your account.
If your account is already block now, then the only solution is to call them on your regional office number which is available on mba.com
You will have to confirm your details to them, only then they will remove the block. Call them as soon as you can.
