Hi folks....

I must say i an elated at the improvements i am making in my prep tests.I hope to improve all the way to 780 :P

My progress has been as follows:

GmatPrepTest 1-3rd Jan-540(Q42,V25)
GmatPrepTest 2-10th Jan-520(Q38,V24)
GmatPrepTest 1-12th Jan-590(Q47,V25)
GmatPrepTest 2-15th Jan-640(Q44,V34)

I am working hard on improving my verbal score in the next 20 days
My main weakness at the moment is speed. Most of the time am at question 24 in verbal with 12 minutes left...I gotta improve on speed. and RC and CR...

What do you guys think? Am i on the right track?

I see that you've taken the GMAT Prep tests twice each. Did you have any repeat questions? Be careful, since getting questions you've seen before can skew your scores.

Keep up the good work!

Jim,

Yes.I had about 3 to 4 repeat questions in both Quant and Verbal both from 1st Attempt of GMATprep and OG 11....Is there a way i can avoid a repeat of any questions.
I want to give attempt one more time, then re-install and try again.
I still have problems with DS in Quant and slow speed in RC and CR...
I hope to improve some more, so as to cross the 700 barrier

7 days ago, i did a brand new reinstalled GMATPrep Test 1 and scored 610,now i just got 500 in GMATPrepTest 2.Looks like am retarding or just having a bad day....Been a bit lax for the last 7 days...thought i was on track especially after progressively improving. Now am confused.Dont know what to do.Am so devastated?Anyone with a strategy to go back to the 600s in prep...Need to improve in the next 14days.

Materials i am currently using:
  • OG11
    Princeton Review 2009
    Kaplan Premier 2008
    GMATPrep
    PowerPrep
    Powerscore LSAT CR Bible
My progress has been as follows:
  • GP1 on 15.01.09:640(Q44,V34)
    GP2 on 20.01.09:610(Q42,V33)
Reinstalled GMATPrep
  • GP1 on 24.01.09:610(Q49,V25)
    GP2 on 31.01.09:500(Q35,V24)
My main weakness is verbal:RC and CR....and generally timing in Verbal.
Folks, your advise will be highly appreciated.
