For Question 1;

Any line can intersect at a point (5, 1) and y intercept doesn't make it sure which line's slope is greater then the other.

Combining these two, you can say that, slope n is greater then p. So, the answer choice should be C.

For Question 2;
Is this the complete quesiton?... If it is, I need to think about it more. :idea:

You have to split the amounts for the nbr of days, like two times $48 as the student worked on it for two days. So out of 20 terms you can see that the median is $84.

And yes you were right the two lines didn't mean much, but you know it stills helps to have a full quesiton... :wink:
