The AD Com reviews all parts of your application in totality -your strength in one area may outweigh weak or not so strong area of your profile.

Your international exposure will definitely place you in an advantageous position. But 600 GMAT is a way below ISB's average GMAT score -710.So in order to make your application stronger, you should consider retaking GMAT.
