Hi i am 24 and have work experience of 36 months.
But am worried that all top b schools have an average age of students as 28
work experience as 54 months.

Kindly help me out of dis issue...Is my view of getting into top tier b schools of US in particular at this age becomes unsuccessful..?

I turned 25 a few days before I started b school. It is definitely possible. I had about 34 months of experience.

I think 36 months experience is not that much short period, and it is always good that you will learn things in such early age.
