Ok.. so I have been studying the past 7-8 weeks about 2 hours a day using OG 11 review, Princeton Review, and MGMAT SC, my scores have averaged around 620-650+... Today I took the exam and lost all concentration and focus right off the bat. I ended up scoring a 470 (lower than anything I have done before)... Complete disappointment but I knew it would be bad with my lack of focus (esp. on Verbal).. In addition to this studying I am in the CFA program and have been very focused on that since April of 2007 (taking lvl 1 in dec. and lvl 2 in June).. To avoid burnout on my CFA studying which will start again in Dec and run through June, I only have about a month left to focus on this GMAT and get the score I was looking for.

So my question to all of you out there is first, can I get the score I am looking for with only about 4 more weeks of focus (goal 680+) and second, what should my strategy be for the next 4 weeks? Different material? Different Approach? Any help would be greatly appreaciated! Thanks!

Certainly possible, but it's going to be challenging. Check out this post on how to study in a month: https://www.beatthegmat.com/how-to-study ... h-t98.html

One thing that concerns me however is that your actual test day performance seemed much lower than where you were practicing. Was there something that happened during your test day? Do you suffer from test anxiety? Or, are you simply not a standardized test person?

Good luck,
