Hi Everyone

I prepared for GMAT for a short time and did not score well. Now I dont have time to give it again and would still like to give it a shot with what I have right now for Sept 2015 batch. I am considering my options for MBA or Masters in International Business(MIB). The 2 options because I have heard for MBA you need min 3 years work ex, hence MIB course. I would prefer to go for MBA though.
My profile in brief is:

Gmat- 570
Work Experience- 14 months (will complete 2 years in Sept 2015, ie when the session starts) as Business Analyst.
CGPA- 8.92
Good records in extra curricular activities and received awards for social work.

Can someone please suggest chances of getting into a b-school and importantly the Suitable Universities in USA, Europe, I can apply to? I am really confused which universities to aim for with this GMAT Score.

Really appreciate your help!

Thanks alot!

with 570 there isn't much scope for admission to Top Universities. You could still try giving another shot at GMAT. I found this free evaluate your chances to B-School form that has proven to be useful. Check it out - https://www.genedmba.com/evaluate-your-c ... b-schools/

It is not a very good score . You ought to take GMAT again .

With 2 years of experience I would suggest you not to apply to UK and Europe as minimum work experience required is 3 years. You can still apply to certain schools in USA for instance Pepperdine, HULT Business Schools, Daniels Business School, Baylor University etc.
In case you wait for one more year and retake GMAT you can target other higher ranked schools as well.

Why do you feel like you need to go to school now? To be honest with your profile, I would really question the value of an MBA for you. With only two years of work experience it's hard to really know what you want yet, and more importantly to communicate to admissions committees why you should be able to go to their school. My suggestion would be to buckle down and keep working for a few years and in the meantime you can get to studying and hopefully perform better next time around.
