MGMAT graphics problem

Attached is what I saw as answer choices while taking MGMAT. This was one of about 10 questions where I could not see either choices or entire question. Can anybody let me know what am I missed to install to see everything in MGMAT test.
I know this is not strategy question but I couldn't find places to post this one.

What kind of machine are you using? What browser are you running? How is your internet connection?

Pentium, a decent ptocessor
Windows XP
It is desktop with broadband connection wired

even I had same problem. I stopped in between exam. Has something changed? Do we need to install something?

I once had a problem where the PS sum dint show the diagram and asked me what the angle was....lol

Wat i was i refreshed the page, dont worry it wont lead to ''unexpected'' results nor would result in loss of time...
i actually refreshed it thrice, before i got the diagra.m..

so as simple as that, try refreshing ;)
