I plan to apply next year in R1. Have begun researching schools. Here is my profile -

Engineering
Overall GPA 6.25/10 (Post grad GPA 9/10)
GMAT 720
Appx 2.5 yrs workex when I apply.
Fortune 50 Consumer goods firm. Interned .. got picked up for their global rotational leadership program.
High performance in the organization. Top 20 % .
Worked on lean manufacturing, engineering systems and process improvement. Subsequently within 10 months was moved to more demanding role.
Project manager for launch of their new business vertical in India. Working across teams from marketing to regulatory.
Managing budgets close to USD 1 million.
Working closely with India leadership team. Youngest to be a part of the core team for Operations strategy planning for the new vertical.
Extracurrics: Won a couple of Bplan competitions ...close to starting up.
Associated with a well known charity organisation. Initiated a new project for female hygiene. Garnered resources from company and local government. Launched the program - first phase covered 1000 kids ..diversified into female education. Project recd the most outstanding project award of the district.
Amateur photography enthusiast.
Good leadership roles at university.
