What we are looking forAs this is a post-graduate, Master's Degree program, you must already be a university graduate to apply. Candidates who do not have their final year results may apply to the program but S P Jain can only make a conditional offer.
Candidates must have completed their secondary education in English. If required, candidates may need to provide an authorized statement confirming this. **
The candidate must have 0-3 years of work experience. Candidates with over 3 years of work experience may apply to the Global Master of Business Administration (GMBA) program.
**S P Jain may also require some applicants to take an English proficiency test; S P Jain only accepts IELTS and TOEFL. The minimum requirement for the IELTS is 6.5 over all with a minimum score of 6.0 in each of the sub-tests and for the TOEFL the requirement is an iBT score of 60.

Regarding MGB to Global MBA (GMBA) Transfer
In order to give an opportunity for Master of Global Business (MGB) graduates to obtain the GMBA degree they must:
- Applicant needs a minimum full-time work experience of 3 years (of which minimum 2 years should be post the MGB program)
- Return to S P Jain for 6 weeks. 4 weeks will cover additional subjects and 2 weeks will be towards the Action Learning Project. The additional subjects to be covered are Advanced Business Strategy and Leadership of 2 credits each.
- Obtain a minimum CGPA of 3.0
- Request for all credits from the MGB to be transferred and applied to the GMBA program
The maximum time within which MGB graduates can return to S P Jain to pursue the GMBA is 5 years from the year of graduating from the MGB program.
Students need to re-apply for this transfer and S P Jain reserves the right to admit selectively.
The option to transfer to the GMBA will commence from the year of 2015. Details regarding the transfer option, fees to be paid, and start dates will be available on the website closer to start of the transfer option in the year 2015.

- Is Internship a part of the Program?
The MGB program is for a duration of 16 months which includes 4 months of Internship. Since the internship is a part of the program it is it is mandatory for all candidates. The internship is to be done at any of S P Jain's campus locations, India or any country where the student has an opportunity to do the same.
- Do you offer placement assistance to all your participants?
Placement assistance is provided to participants:

Despite being in the placement category, participants still need to abide by the requirements of minimum CGPA, attendance, code of conduct as declared by the S P Jain Management, and shared with students at the beginning of the year.
- Are the placements centered in Dubai and Singapore alone?
Placements are offered not only in Dubai or Singapore but also in India and other countries.
- If I complete the Program in Singapore, am I eligible to Placements only in Singapore?
The campus you complete the program in has no bearing on where you will be placed. You can be placed, in Dubai, Singapore, India or anywhere else in the world, based on your preference, and the job location best suited to your needs and profile. You can choose the geography (Dubai, Singapore, India) that you wish to settle in.
- What about work permits for working in Dubai or Singapore after graduation? Are they easily attainable?
Work visas are organized by the company, which offers a job. It is usually quite easy to get a work visa in Dubai and Singapore.
- While transferring my degree from MGB to Global MBA, would I also be eligible to participate for the Global MBA placements?
Placement services were already offered while graduating from the MGB program. Hence, the participant cannot sit for the placements for the Global MBA again.
