Hello there,
Your professional experience is very impressive. If you really want to go for those top programs, I'd suggest you retake the GMAT and try to break the 700 barrier. If you do, you'll have a shot at these programs, despite the lack of ECs/community activities and the low GPA. The GPA you can explain in an optional statement as well.
Even if retaking the GMAT is not an option, I'd still apply to one or two of these programs (you never know!), but chances are not great. I'd add other programs to your list either way, to be safer, but depends on your goals/priorities.
