First of all, I would like to thank you Brent couldn't have done it without you and without that amazing 60-day study guide.
Second, guys the GMAT prep exams perfectly mimics the actual exam. The test questions are similar, the same topics are tested, so you should by DDay be comfortable with the typical GMAT questions such as the double entry matrix, probability, stat and number theory among others. Please solve every question posted on that forum, these were my winning ticket. By DDay I knew what the GMAT wanted me to know, I understood most of the traps in the DS questions and critical reasoning questions.
One tip in handling DS is: "if you think the answer is C dig deeper to find sufficiency in one statement (common GMAT trap), the test maker want you to make a rash decision and choose C, so contemplate A and B thoroughly". For problem solving if you follow the 60 days guide you should be more than fine, I have mastered every topic that was tested in PS and of course I would have to thank the 60 days guide for that. Reading Comprehension and SC were a source of trouble at the beginning I recommend the Manhatan GMAT prep for those (Focus on the rules in SC, as for RC read tips for the different types of questions these tips can be found everywhere, master these types and understand traps please understand traps I think there should be a section on common traps in this forum so we can all post things we encounter that would benefit other test takers). For CR dont put too much effort on theory, I would advise you practice practice practice on questions in the CR on this forum and questions from the OG. For IR dont worry all you need is common sense. For the AWA I used the template posted on the AWA section in this forum, it made me finish my essay in 15 mins and save a lot of my analytical capacity to the other sections that DO matter.
Cheers Guys, let me know if you need anything.
