MBA admissions has many components in the evaluation of applicants. With regards to work experience, most schools do not require a certain number of years experience, but do prefer to applicants to have at least two years of full-time, professional experience after earning a bachelor's degree. So, you have the quantity of experience, but you need to determine if you have enough quality experience in your tenure.
