American, Caucasian
Southeastern state school, 3.6 GPA, Student Body VP, Strong EC/Leadership
Study abroad twice, fluent in Spanish
GMAT: 750

Exp: 5 years at matriculation, marketing associate, promoted to product specialist for institutional asset manager in NYC, strong record of achievement and corresponding recs from supervisors

EC: 4 years of mentor program, providing support financial and otherwise to inner city high school student

Extensive international travel

Hi,

Thanks for your post. Overall you seem to have a solid profile. From your work experience to your academics and test scores, everything seems to be a good fit for the schools on your list. It also appears that you have some long term involvement in extracurricular activities. You will certainly want to use examples from this experience for your essays. Not only could this be a great way for you to demonstrate leadership and/or teamwork skills, but this is also an excellent opportunity for you to stand out in the applicant pool by writing about non-work related topics. Overall I don't see any red flags, but you will want to be sure to stand out in the pool so you don't get lost in the shuffle.
