550!!!!! What can I do!!!!!!! help!

550!!!!! What can I do!!!!!!! help!

I just got my first test result back. I got 550, 44 Quan, 22 Verbal. I can't handle it. I had studied for few months and did all the questions from OG 12th edition, OG Quan and OG Verbal. I also reviewed MGMAT books and did their CATS. I practiced by using the GMAT PREP software also. I just don't know how come I get 550!!! My aim score is arrange from 650 to 740!
From my practice Test, I got a lot of varied scores, but the score is higher each time after I took one. I think the score might be inflated, since I took so many times. But I can't believe i got 550, I just don't know why I got 22 on my verbal. Can anyone help? How Can I prepare for this month, I am going to take it again next early month. Is there a way I can improve my verbal to around 41-44 range.

Hi endlesslove3344,

22 marks in verbal is very low score.Your quant score is fine and you need little improvement in that section.

What do you think is a challenge for you in verbal part ? RC,CR or SC?

In my first attempt I also got same marks. You can try e-gmat course at www.e-gmat.com.Its best thing is that you start from basics of verbal and land in expert.

Its totally online and chapters are in form of slides which help you understand in a better way.

What was your hit rate in OG? What was your GMATPrep score? Did you manage timing well?
