Hi all,

I am an IT geek working in IT-IS domain in Indian major IT firm. I have just subscribed to GMAT 60 Day Plan. This is a great plan and kudos to Beat The GMAT team but I am suspecting if it will work for me. I am following MGMAT Guides for that as per mail. Now on the 3rd day as per schedule, I have given the first practice test of GMAT Test Prep software. Result was disaster. I got 370 in first attempt. I got 19 Quant Ans incorrect and 24 verbal incorrect. As I am not aware so much with the question types in both the section I have just answered blindly for last 10-12 questions as time was rushing. However, after seeing my results, I am completely down. I have joined local GMAT coaching also. There also its just started but i am confused that whether from this score, will i be able to make that magic 700 mark? Cn somebody help me with the study plan that cop up with my work as I have to work almost 12 hrs from Mon - Fri and what should be my course of action to beat the gmat? am planning to give GMAT in December.

First off -- allow yourself to take a deep breath. It's okay. Many people really struggle on their first practice GMAT because it is just a different test than many have ever taken before.

That said -- I wanted to share a few links that you might find helpful to begin the development of your full study plan.

Take a read of this and shoot me a note back. Let me know what you think.
