Hi everyone.
I have not been a very active member here however I love reading all your posts since I find them to be very helpful. I have a sob story however to share and I am hoping from some guidance from you experts.
I plan to get admitted into a PhD program in Management and I am targeting average B- Schools. My TOEFL ibt was 107/ 120. My undergrad GPA is 3.30/4.0 and Post Grad GPA is 3.85/4.0.
I took the GRE recently and scored a 300/340. However it is the GMAT that gets under my skin. I scored a 400 in the first attempt and then took another shot at it and scored a 530. I will be honest and admit that I know I didnt give it my best.
Can any of you please tell me whether I still have a chance to get into an average B-School in US with that score considering my other credentials? I have my research interests, statement of proposal ready at hand. Apart from the GMAT I fulfill all other requirements. Since I am targeting average B- Schools and not schools in the premier league, I want to know what my chances are.
Help and advice appreciated
