A - less than is problem with countable noun.
B - concluded meaning is misleading, individuals with eight units or building?
C - Not parallal, with fewer...., is not parallal to no commercial space(Should have with)
D - Not parallal, has fewer...., is not parallal to no commercial space(Should have has )
E- Correct construction.
