What is being compared is the lines of competition between established industries v/s the internet industry.
Better to have the two industries mentioned close to each other. Is there a rule that it should be preferably so.
In E D and B they are not
In C ''unlike the Internet makes it appear lines of competition is being compared to Internet'
Choose B but the reasoning is weak
Please post the OE if possible.
