Identify the pattern in the table.
Take the first column. 1-2+3-4+5-6+7 = 4.
See the second column it is twice the respective elements in column one..
So is the case with third, forth, fifth, sixth and seventh column
SUM = 4*(1+2+3+4+5+6+7) = 4 * 28 = 112
