Total number of temp employees = 12
Total number of women in temp employees = 5
=> Total number of men in tmep employees = 12 -5 = 7

we need to pick 3 women employees and 1 man among 4 temp employees whoare hired for perm.

=> 5C3 * 7C1 = 70

Answer is d
