IMO it shud be B, if I am not making any mistake.
In a) cost>30 {insuff}
b) You can calculate n=25{suff}

Is $> 33

1) Insuf

2) 33/24 = 1.37

so SUF

imo B

for 2nd statement

average = 1.36........(1)

or

average = [ $10 + $1(n-1)]/[n].....(2)

from 1 and 2

[10 + (n-1)]/[n] = 1.36

or n = 25
