Need Help on quant

HI,

I am preparing for GMAT from a scratch. Planning to start from Quant. Can anyone please let me know which are the books that i can start with immediately? I also want to know the strategy to approach a question in quant.

The best place to start is with a practice test - most test prep companies offer a free diagnostic test, or you can take the GMATPrep test. Once you've taken the test, analyze your results in a lot of depth. Which areas were strongest, and which were weakest? Use that as a guide to determine where you should begin studying.

If math is really rusty, I'd recommend starting out with a Foundational book to give you the basics. Manhattan GMAT's Foundations of Math is a great one, but I'm sure there are others.

Building a strong foundation is crucial in math.

If you're interested, our GMAT Prep Now videos begin at the most basic level, and once you've built a strong foundation, you slowly progress to advance-level concepts.
